Do you love a nap to boost your creativity & focus?

As a fan of naps since secondary school I've recently looked into what the benefits of napping could be for boosting creative thinking. And in delving into it a bit more the parallels between napping and using relaxation or hypnosis tracks is remarkable…

Naps definitely give me that lift in energy and focus, way more than grabbing for the 6th coffee of my day.

So what might naps be able to offer you in terms of improved creativity?

Naps can improve memory and learning. When you nap, your brain is able to consolidate and process information from the day, which can help you retain and recall new information more easily. This can lead to increased creativity and problem-solving ability.
