One of the biggest lessons I have learnt is that seeking out and investing in the right creative support has been fundamental to me having the wealth of coaching tools to now help my talented clients in the arts, cultural, education and digital spaces. Having that creative toolkit to lean into has helped me to stay motivated, creative and going when the going gets tough… this is why I LOVE my job!!
