Our global start up coaching practice evolved out of our creative playwork, years collaborating in the education, professional development and creative arts sectors. The gap we spotted being more creative, hands-on, and impactful coaching approaches when what we saw were loads of the CEOs in big firms getting access to coaching leadership packages, but what about those on the ground leading with lived experience in grassroots communities?
I trained in coaching as a creative leader through the Cultural Leadership Programme with coaching trainers from Sir John Whitmore’s Performance Coaching and 1st Relational Dynamics team with Deb Barnard. This enabled me to embed global best practice into my coaching from the get go.
Since then I have blended with my lived experience and business development tools to work with 1000s of creative, purpose driven, and high-performance Founders to remove barriers so many starting up in business don’t have the time and resources to access such innovative tools. We know lasting innovation comes from a place of good mental health, Founder wellbeing and team in sync with collective change making mission, vision and values.
I have been able to further impact Founders seeding and starting up their ventures in university and place based ecosystems across the UK and the world through working face to face or online in incubators, accelerator and fellowship growth programmes with partners that include;

12-month coaching programmes or Founder huddles with a framework to blend 1-2-1 coaching, retreats and mastermind sessions for those Founders ready to go deep and build lasting change in a community
High impact, strategic, sustainable growth business training for Founders and teams who want that added edge without the burnout. Typically, this is an away day or training session focused on a set of specific goals i.e. often at the time of strategic change - a rebranding or pivot into new markets.
