Coaching style and methodology

  • As a Founder

    Her coaching style, influenced by Sir John Whitmore’s Performance Coaching framework and the Cultural Leadership Partnership with Deb Barnard, is based on the belief that each Founder can overcome limiting beliefs to foster a growth mindset. With experience in business consultancy, community mental health, clinical psychology, and play work, she customizes programs to meet each Founder’s unique needs. Being neurodiverse herself, she recognizes the importance of reasonable adjustments and offers outdoor walking coaching as an option.

    Anna’s coaching significantly affects Founder development programs for ventures at seed, start-up, and scale stages. She tailors her methods to fit each client's specific metrics and frameworks. In team building and away day settings, she combines hands-on learning and practical approaches to engage senses, enhancing participation and outcomes.

Tracking value add and ROI [return on investment]

  • As a Founder

    Set clear goals and metrics for your coaching program with Anna from the beginning. Track both soft and hard outcomes, lessons, and breakthroughs. Some Founders opt for follow-up meetings at 3, 6, and 12 months to evaluate progress. Examples include securing funding, hiring new staff, making strategic changes, taking vacation, and finding a business partner.

  • As an organisational decision maker

    You will have your own metrics and KPIs that Anna will help define based on their importance for your program. She has experience with funded programs and works with partners and stakeholders to achieve results following various frameworks and metrics, such as DOHE Taxonomy and EntreComp Framework. As a lecturer in Higher Education and lifelong learning, she monitors individual and group learning plans according to key evaluation frameworks like Ofsted and TEF. Examples include increased accountability, motivation, stronger teams, reduced staff turnover, new contracts secured, and successful pivots.

    Programmes run from 6 months onwards

    Her signature programme runs for 12 months [opening again June 2025]

    Occasionally, if Anna already knows you, she will offer 1-2 sessions for pre-pitch support

    Typically, Founders are ready to invest £3,000 upwards

    Programmes run according to the need of each organisation, i.e. 3, 6, 12 months of coaching support wrapped around a wider founder development indicator or accelerator

    Bespoke programmes can be curated with you, depending on your needs and budget
